span   br We currently have an opening for a temporary to hire Customer Service Professional located in Harrison, OH br Customer Service Representative: br • Process orders received by telephone, e-mail, fax, or other electronic measures. br • Respond to inbound calls received for area and overflow for other regions (back up) br • Respond to inbound customer e-mails. br • Provide product and/or customer cross information to assist in customer selections. br • Ensure consistent deliveries through coordination with other departments. br • Route special requirements through the appropriate departments for approval. br • Process any special paperwork needed to assist in the quote, order, or return process. br • CRM data entry/updates br • Back-up receptionist/telephone operator for daily breaks, lunch & meetings.  Assist with incoming calls, incoming/outgoing faxes, greeting visitors, and assisting with any projects while covering the board. br Skills:   br • High School diploma or equivalent. br • Two years of experience with order entry in a manufacturing environment experience strongly preferred.   br • SAP knowledge preferred, but not required. br • Experience on multi-line switchboard strongly preferred. br • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-employees at all levels, in both verbal and written form.   br • Regular interaction with all internal departments. br • Courteous telephone etiquette.   br • Ability to deal effectively with a variety of personalities and situations requiring tact, judgment, and poise br • Strong technical aptitude and ability to become intimately familiar with products br • Good organization and follow-up skills required br • Possess the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, assignments and projects simultaneously. br • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to support growth br • Working knowledge of Excel and Word. br • Bi-lingual skills in Spanish or German is always a plus. br   br If you meet the requirements for this position and are interested in this TEMP TO HIRE opportunity, please apply now! br   br /span
