We need a talented individual to fill the role of Inside Sales Supervisor for Ryan Herco Flow Solutions in Branchburg, NJ. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides front-line service by answering incoming customer calls, solving problems, entering orders and doing order follow-up. Maximizes customer contact on the telephone by turning inquiries into orders, suggests accessories or replacement items. Maintains relationships with established customers. Writes bids and quotations when appropriate and provides follow-up support. Provides coaching, training and mentoring to Inside Sales Staff. Job Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to develop rapport with customers and maintain strong working relationships. Successfully manages customer expectations. Organizes the team for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer. Expects excellence from others and inspires people to accomplish the extraordinary. Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve goals. Inspires and motivates team members to work together and achieve beyond expectations. Experience confronting performance issues as well as giving rewards and recognition. Can deliver difficult feedback constructively focusing on improvement. Skilled at supervising others to enable them to achieve performance and quality standards. Self-starter. Seizes opportunities to initiate and take ownership of projects and improvements. Capable of interviewing, hiring and maintaining a productive team of skilled employees PREFERRED: Understands technical issues and can leverage previous technical experience to solve technical problems.
