li Handle high volume of calls /li li Respond to inquiries regarding billing or account information /li li Assist with reconciliations /li li Transfer and input data from Excel spreadsheets /li li Work closely with clients regarding billing information /li li Other related duties and projects as assigned /li /ul
br Your Qualifications for this role include: br ul
li 6+ months of related experience, previous experience with billing and reconciliations is a plus. BA/BS degree is preferred /li li Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette /li li High level of accuracy /li li Previous experience handling high volume of calls /li li Computer and system savvy, intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel /li li Works well in a structured team environment /li /ul
