If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We have several Customer Service positions open immediately in Olathe, KS. We are looking for professional individuals that are customer-oriented and understand the value of offering excellent service to exceed customers' expectations! This is a contract to hire opportunity paying $13ph. br   br As a Customer Service Representative your main duties will include: br   br Answer a high volume of inquiries and meet designated service level thresholds determined by the Company. br Provide information on our products and service; and demonstrate our commitment to Customer Service. br Communicate with customers via email regarding available products and services, billing questions, taking orders, selling additional products based on identified customer needs, and providing information on pricing. br Process refunds and charges to customers debit and credit cards with accuracy. br Maintain a high level of confidentiality in regards to customer billing and credit card information. br Diffuse difficult customer situations. br   br You are the ideal candidate for this position if you have: br   br Minimum of 2-3 years of recent work experience in a Call Center environment answering high volume of inquiries via phone br Computer systems proficiency in a Microsoft and Internet based environment br Basic operating knowledge in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer br Ability to type 40 wpm br Fluency in English language including Spelling and Grammar. br Excellent verbal and written communications skills/PC skills br Self-starter work ethic br Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions br Detail and customer-oriented approach br Ability to efficiently multi-task and to quickly acquire extensive product knowledge br Ability to interact positively with co-workers br Good attendance and willingness to be flexible to shifts and scheduling changes br   br Shifts available are: br   br A – 6:30am – 3pm br B – 7am – 3:30pm br C – 7:30am – 4pm br D – 8am – 4:30pm br E – 8:30am – 5pm br   br Does this description meet your preferences and match your qualifications?
