JOB DESCRIPTIONImmediate need for a Customer Service Manager to join a dynamic manager team for a growing manufacturing organization. As the Customer Service Manager you will participates in the development and implementation of company objectives to achieve a high level service promise.
As a Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for:
Recruiting, training and developing a team of Customer Service Representatives.
Participating in daily Customer Service activities including quoting, order entry, technical assistance, quality assurance and customer service objective development.
Developing and implementing tool and processes to drive continuous improvement.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to team to promote internal career growth.
Desired Skill Set:
Excellent computer skills
Previous supervisory experience
Excellent time management skills
Ability to coach and train others
