A Day in the Life You manage a small team of field service print specialists and provide client end-user support for our Managed Print Services program in one or more healthcare facilities. You will create and deliver presentations to educate the hospital staff, while working closely with the Resident Team and Auxilio Executive Management to identify MPS solutions.Active team performance monitoring and evaluationMaintain accurate performance logs for all direct reportsProvide performance feedback and follow up as needed to each member of the teamPartnership with Human Resources for Hiring Manager responsibilities (i.e. Interviews, terminations, writing and delivering performance improvement plans) as neededCreate and maintain operations and customer service reports with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)Maintain accurate device inventoryTrain end-users on how to make best use of print devicesTrack and update service calls in a log and/or helpdesk applicationCollect printer meter reads (usage info.) and distribute tonerClient relationship management and interface What You ll Need to Win!High School Diploma or GED requiredValid driver s license with safe driving recordReliable transportationDemonstrated experience managing a service team in a client facing environmentPositive, team player attitude to build and maintain team morale and client relationshipsWorking knowledge of print, copy, scan, fax devicesSolid understanding of network infrastructure and software applicationsPC savvy; strong MS Office skills, with an emphasis in MS ExcelStrong customer service, time/project management and organizational skillsExperience in helpdesk, managed print services and/or healthcare is a plus!Various immunizations and/or medical testing may be required as a condition of employment for any positions that work on-site regularly in a hospital or medical setting EEO
