Customer Service Manager for a Furniture Manufacturer in the Collin County area is looking for a hardworking focused candidates for this challenging and rewarding opportunity!

You will be responsible for the following:

?Responsible for Order Management
?Follow up with clients on orders
?Manage client projects daily
?Developing metric for performance
?Project Management- cradle to grave
?Data Entry
?Quoting products and projects
?Implementation of new policies/Lean process to reduce cost
?Streamline process
?New Account management
?Responsible for Work Flow Management
?Workforce management
?Quality Assurance
?Returns and Damages
?Escalated calls and Issues
?Must work very closely with the Operations Leadership team to develop a cohesive team environment. Must be a great problem solver!
