Customer Service Manager
1. Must have a general knowledge of how a customer service works within a manufacturing environment
2. General computer skills - i.e Word, Excel, Outlook
3. AS400 computer skills a plus.
4. Must be detail oriented and follow issues through to completion
5. Must have excellent communication ability
6. Ability to keep customers satisfied while maintaining company guidelines.
7. To quote customers in a timely accurate manner to optimize new orders.
THE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD AND IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF IT WAS A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT, AND HAVE AT LEAST A HIGH SCHOOL DEGREE. HIGHER EDUCATION WOULD BE A PLUS.
