This privately held nutraceuticals company is seeking a Customer Service Manager with healthcare background to lead a growing Customer Service team. We are looking for a Customer Service Manager, who will share the same passion and drive to go above and beyond to deliver quality of care to its customers and patients. This individual will establish customer service key performance indicators and metrics and ensure that these metrics are met. We are looking for a high level Customer Service Manager in Healthcare who can take this team to the next level.
- 5-7 customer service experience
- 3-5 years of direct managerial/ supervisory experience
