JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Professional Customer Service Representative needed in South Bay for a 3 month temporary assignment.
Provide consistent, superior customer service in the overall processing of all purchase orders and customer inquiries related to the sale of sub-fractional horse power electric motors, drives, fans, actuators, and associated motion-control equipment pursuant to Company policies and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
Promptly and professionally process all customer orders and inquiries pursuant to Company policies and procedures,
elevating unresolved issues to management as needed;
Participate in all order and data entry functions and all related customer service issues;
Communicate daily with all customers by phone, email, fax, and/or in person as needed to address each customer?s needs in a prompt and professional manner;
Interact with all internal departments, including external sales, and work closely and assist sales engineers as needed;
Enter and maintain current, accurate documentation and files on all customers, distributors, and potential customers within the given sales territory. Enter and maintain all data, including customer and sales data;
Assist the Accounts Receivable Department in collecting delinquent payments as requested.
