Answer incoming calls (80-100 calls per day)
Up-selling involved
Order Medical Products for patients
Good attention to detail needed
Process orders
Check status

Must have good patience, phone etiquette, and written communication skills. Strong computer skills a must.

Clean background, good longevity is a must.
