Golden opportunity with a growing Call Center available NOW!

Attention all candidates with call center experience. Currently recruiting for customer service representatives that are passionate about negotiating and meeting the needs of clients. 15 people are needed to fill open positions as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

*Make outbound calls to vendors to make sure all customer orders are completed and in a timely manner.
*Take incoming calls from vendors with issues are concerns pertaining to the project they are handling.
*Use critical thinking and analytical skills in order to know how to advise vendors on the proper protocol in handling difficult situations.
