Customer Service, Product Specialist

Kelly Services has partnered with Ashland and is in search of 2nd shift Product Specialists and Customer Service Representatives for long-term positions in Lexington, KY. Qualified candidates will possess a positive attitude, are reliable and professional, have excellent communciation and organizational skills, are detail-oriented and are looking for opportunities paying $12.00 per hour.

Requirements:
*1-3 years related experience in Customer Service
*HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
*Must be 18 years or older
*Able to work 2nd shift hours (some positions may have other shifts available)
*Comfortable with working on a PC (being computer savvy is a PLUS!)
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment along with prioritizing multiple tasks
*Comfortable working in a team environment
*Can resolve conflict with a positive attitude
*Dependable and able to work independently
*Pass a computerized customer service assessment
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Favorable interview
*Favorable drug screening and background
*Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
**Some positions prefer having auto parts knowledge or prior experience in a retail auto store environment
