Order entry for RMAs, including order validation for order accuracy * Field order delivery concerns and work with Operations team for resolution * Answer delivery inquiries from customers and sales teams * Inform customer about ordering process.
Proficient in ERP/CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com and Oracle * Transactional knowledge with order creation and RMA processing * Excellent analysis & problem-solving skills * Highly organized & motivated w/the ability to work on multiple projects * Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Proven ability to meet deadlines, follow-through on details, provide input and feedback to the team * Excellent communication skills, written and verbal * Strong computer knowledge and skill, specifically Excel * Possess a professional and cooperative attitude.
