If you are an energetic and self-motivated individual looking for a stable career opportunity with a fun, innovative, honest and caring company, join our Media team at InfoCision! As a Customer Service Rep with InfoCision, you will take in-bound calls from phone, cable and internet customers and provide excellent customer service. You will navigate through the client account and billing system to determine which services the customers currently have and which they could benefit from. You will also put together offers for customers and close sales of new services and upgrades.

Job Responsibilities


As a Customer Service Rep with InfoCision, you will call warm leads provided by our clients, establish new relationships with customers and expand sales with current accounts.
Additional responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep include:

-Following-up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their products, to inquire if they need upgrades and to ensure that their service installations have gone smoothly
-Entering accurate call notes in the database
-Placing accurate product and service orders in the database
-Meeting weekly and monthly sales and productivity goals

Job Requirements



As a Customer Service Rep with InfoCision, you must possess a positive attitude, the drive to learn and share your knowledge, the courage to try new ideas and strategies and the desire to work with people. You must be able to multi-task and possess a high degree of integrity and a strong work ethic. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills, great people skills and excellent work attendance. You must also be flexible, coachable, friendly, dependable, professional and team-oriented.
Additional requirements for the Customer Service Rep include:

-Computer, Internet and cell phone technology literacy required, Microsoft Office and data entry proficiency a plus
-Ability to type while talking on the telephone required, proficiency toggling between different computer screens and databases a plus
-Ability to work a flexible schedule including one weekend day
-Ability to pass a background check
-Previous sales experience is a plus
