Description/Job Summary

This position interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Analyzes large quantities of data to propose actions and improvements in regards to inventory and delivery
performance. This position requires International customer contact. Utilizes internal systems and departments to solve problems. Requires direct problem-solving skills. Confer with customers by telephone or e-mail (usually) or in person (occasionally) to
provide information about product availability, to take or enter orders, or to obtain details about issues. Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems. Follow-up with customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of results
in a timely manner. Stay on top of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments as well as actions taken. Convey customer priorities to entire Logistics AND Purchasing Team. Ensures on-time delivery of
goods to customers, by investigating and resolving detention issues. Work with production to gain full insight into production or planning issues and use this information to communicate to the customer. Manage inventory levels including: Overstock and slow
moving inventory management; Surplus Returns Process; Maintenance of system parameters (M3, GIM). Manage Stocking Request documentation for inventory provision. Manager customer process including releasing and reviewing orders. Recommend improvements in procedures
to prevent future problems. Develop shipping procedures/schedules based on customer needs Support SHEQ in promoting and monitoring Safety First initiatives and goals as stated in the MR Operational Policy throughout the organization. Will be required to perform
other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Associates Degree in Business Bachelor s Degree a plus Good command of the English language Equivalent years of relative work experience may be considered in lieu of education requirement Proficient in MS Office
(Excel and Access) Manufacturing experience preferred Customer Service experience a plus Familiar with MRP logic, production/materials planning, inventory management and shop floor processes
