Immediate need for customer service representative seeking growing company, opportunity for advancement and great benefits. The ideal candidate will be well organized, able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and have a great ability to analyze data and make strong decisions. Under the administrative tasks you will be responsible for answering incoming calls in a call center environment, creates/prepares correspondence and/or reports as requested by manager or sales personnel, work professional with vendors and other services works that may visit the location and ensure office supplies are correctly ordered and stored in proper locations. Under the customer service task will provide excellent customer service, will conducted basic research for customers and/or sales personnel to obtain information needed to answer questions and will process and track internal purchase orders to the factory after receiving customers authorization.
