JOB DESCRIPTIONThe position of CSRI will provide consistent, exceptional support of daily activities with customers, sales reps, internal customers and department members.
* Provide timely support regarding customer inquiries, orders and problem situations of a routine nature.
* Coordinate involvement with CSR II's and CS Supervisors as required.
* Review and process incoming orders accurately, including but not limited to confirming contact and billing information, pricing and promotions.
* Support CSR II's with daily activity flow to promote prompt customer response.
* Generate written freight price quotations.
* Manage customer portals both internal and external.
* Assist in mail collection and distribution.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organization skills, follow-up, ability to multi task
Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft office.
Oracle experience a plus.Required Experience:
3 years of experience in a customer service position.
