Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Representative Call Center jobs in South Dade. Candidates will be working in a fast paced call center environment providing superior customer service to customers and clients.
You will participate in classroom training on product information and software followed by working in a high volume call center environment. Our client is open to previous work experience in not only call center but also in banking and retail customer service.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Call Center responsibilities include:
Acts as primary customer service agent in processing or responding to basic customer requests, inquiries and/or orders
Receive a high volume of inbound calls (70-100 calls per day) from customers with varying levels of questions and concerns
Ability to communicate verbally and read information in English
Provides basic product/service/application information; also provides information on pricing and product availability
Correspond with customers via email to answer customer/client questions and concerns.
Exercise judgment and diplomacy, as required, while effectively communicating the necessary information
Coordinates and expedites service issues to higher levels or other departments as needed

Requirements for an Inbound Customer Service Representative - Call Center are as follows:
Fluent in English
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to compose correspondence
Detail oriented and well organized.
Proactive in presenting solutions to problems.
Proficient with computers
Must pass client specific background check
