Located approximately 40 miles east of San Francisco in the Livermore Valley, TPS is the world leader in providing innovative precision positioning systems for construction, surveying, mining and agricultural application. We currently have position opening for a Customer Service Representative 2.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing TPS dealer network performing the following but not limited to:

*

Data entry / revisions into service data base
*

Customer support through email and phone for a designated region
*

Able to cover multiple regions domestic and international
*

Maintain project control documentation
*

Issue RMA s, process credits, prepare quotes, process warranty claims, sales orders, process billable and warranty repairs
*

Interactive responsibilities to include sales, accounting, shipping and warehouse
*

Process international shipment documentation
*

Ability to generate reports and provide accurate information to management

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Minimum of 3 years expereince within a customer service organization.

* Solid user experience with MS Word and MS Excel

*

Excellent communication skills and ability to work on/with multifunctional teams.
*

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
*

Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
*

Strong attention to detail
*

Self-motivated and goal oriented
*

Strong software application knowledge, (including but not limited to Excel, Word)
*

SAP knowledge a plus
*

SalesForce knowledge a plus
