Position: Customer Service Rep
Location: Riverside, RI - 02915
Pay Rate: $14.24 per hour
Responsibilities for this Call Center Representative:
-Assists employees and vendors with Accounts Payable-related questions or issues via incoming phone calls.
-Calls are predominantly routine but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
-Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
-Must have Over 1 years of call center experience
-Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
-Must have basic computer skills
-Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
-Must be organized and professional
