JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking an experienced customer service rep that has worked in the Laboratory or medical environment for a full time position for about 6 months, maybe longer.

Duties include: Serves as a liaison between branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquires and problems. Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems. Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., payroll, paternity testing, billing, data entry, and phlebotomy).


Must have experience with: Administrative: Answer telephones, maintain logs/records, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, train employees, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications
KPH score of 2400 with 95% accuracy. Must be able to pass a background and a color vision test for this position.
