Job Description
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
To promote customer satisfaction by assisting in the full service of customer accounts through accurate and efficient order taking, complaint resolution, and teamwork with other departments.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Customer relations
2. Order taking
3. Administrative support
4. Policy Compliance
5. Sales Development
6. Other duties as assigned
7. Loss prevention and safety
Other Related Information:
This position interfaces with other customers, all multi-unit personnel, management, brokers and manufacturer reps, buyers, Transportation, and Accounts Receivable Department.
Requirements:
Experience:
One (1) year experience in related sales or customer service required.
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Must have good telephone communication skills and data entry skills. Must have customer relations skills.
