JOB DESCRIPTIONCUSTOMER SERVICE REP.
Hourly $12.50 - $13.00
Start Date: 10/24/16
Assignment terms: Temp to Perm
Must be open to any shift call center is open from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. M-F & 8 to 8 Sat & Sun
The ideal Customer Service Rep - Tier I will have experience handling inbound call inquiries, with proven problem resolution skills, and a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Handles customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ business
Identifies and escalates emerging product or customer dissatisfaction issues
Background Check policy, eligible candidates may be subject to drug, criminal history, and credit checks, which will be conducted and used in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws
Required Skills / Qualifications:
1 year previous customer service experience
2 years experience with skills and proficiency with Word and Excel, as well as experience with data entry
2 years experience skills to navigate the Internet and web based programs
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Bi-Lingual Spanish a PLUS
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels within an organization
Strong work ethic and demonstrates excellent record of attendance and punctuality
Sound solving skills and ability to solve customer issues in an efficient and courteous manner
