As a Call Center Representative, you will be providing 5-star customer service, product upselling and technical support in a call center. You may also escalate calls to higher tiers/other departments when required.

You will be the consummate problem solver, answering customer calls according to established procedure. You must maintain an excellent working
knowledge of company products and services and be able to cross-sell where appropriate.

One years of phone and/or customer-facing experience with demonstrated ability to provide solutions according to professional standards
Good written and verbal communication skills, especially
listening and problem solving
General knowledge of computer systems and working on multiple screens
