Looking to work in the insurance industry and with a well known company* Pro Staff is looking to recruit a Customer Service ll Rep. This position will handle escalated customer issues and provide outstanding customer service to the field. This position requires a great deal of flexibility and the ability to handle multiple high priority items, and work with multiple interruptions. Must be comfortable working within Microsoft Office products and learning new software. This position will also have a large amount of data entry associated. heavy data entry and extensive key boarding experience required
High school diploma required
1-2 years experience in the financial services industry preferred
2-3 years of customer service experience in an office environment
Knowledge of industry terminology and common practices.
Desire to learn and grow within the financial services industry
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (30 minute lunch) or 8:00am - 5:00pm (60 minute lunch) Monday - Friday
