Well-Known company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative with background in Distribution, Manufacturing, Trucking or Logistics.

Request a minimum of 1 year experience. Bilingual Spanish a plus!!

Qualification: High School Diploma. AA or BS Preferred. Ideal candidate will have 1-5 years experience working directly in Trucking or Logistics Industry. Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have basic understanding of inventory handling, Must be detail oriented and accurate, Must have good communication skill

Responsibilities: Assist customers as necessary to resolve their customer service issues and use the resources available, such as computer, operations personnel, and management as required for timely resolution. Communicate with customers and co-workers in a polite and professional manner. Use effective lines of communication to provide consistent and reliable information to customers and peers. Relay phone messages in a timely manner. Pull copies from the printer and fax machine, and distribute to appropriate person/place. Work as part of a team and help execute both departmental and company goals. Follow company and departmental directives regarding policies and procedures. Special projects as assigned by management.
