JOB DESCRIPTIONWell known company looking to hire a Customer Service Representative with LTL-FTL, Trucking or Logistics environment.
Duties: The Customer Service Representative carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and receipts and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous and effective manner with in the Brokerage area. Other responsibilities include answering/routing telephone calls, scheduling orders, and other clerical duties as directed by the lead CSR or Operations Supervisor.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 years of experience working in a LTL-FTL, Trucking or Logistics environment. Must be familiar with MS Office Word and Excel. Good writing and communication skills (including spelling). Must be enthusiastic, organized and able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects. Must be able to work in a team environment. Must be able to work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced environment.
