We are currently seeking Customer Services Representatives for a prestigious financial institution located in Mahwah, NJ. ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH/ENGLISH. Responsibilities include the following: handling inbound calls regarding store credit card applications, inquiries, and issues; provide courteous customer service to all clients over the telephone concerning account relationships;and handling inquiries that may include granting authorizations, processing lost/stolen reports, entering on line data, and miscellaneous maintenance requests. Excellent communication and customer service skills required. PREVIOUS CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Minimal high school graduate or equivalent required. Different shifts available including one weekend day. Must be detail oriented, flexible, and reliable. Position is temporary to permanent paying $12.50/hr. Excellent benefits offered upon hire!!
