Requisition ID 26255BR Title Customer Service Representative/Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) Position Summary CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy is recruiting for full time Customer Service Representatives in our customer service call center. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus. We service patients with chronic conditions such as HIV, Transplant, and Cancer. We have multiple positions open in the Monroeville area, which is conveniently accessible from Parkway East, PA Turnpike, Bus Route and located directly off of Business #22. We are looking for individuals who are seeking job satisfaction by helping others to receive medications conveniently from our mail service operation. Qualified candidates must have one year experience in a customer service position in a call center or retail environment. Candidates must also have PC proficiency with good keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate on multiple applications since all pharmacy data is electronic. BILINGUAL IN SPANISH PREFERRED! Four week comprehensive classroom training is provided. The facility is open 6 days a week. Rotating schedule. Customer service focused to ensure patients and referral sources are responded to with accurate and timely information 4. Ability to work in teams and coordinate efforts to ensure timely completion of work assignments. 5. Ability to make decisions and resolve issues. 6.
