We are looking for someone who is smart, dependable, driven and have a strong interest in Customer Service. br   br B RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE: /B br   br • Responds to basic, multiple customer inquiries and requests. br • Answers telephones and responds to basic customer questions and/or forwards call to appropriate personnel. br • Researches customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner. br • Records calls, processes requests and updates account history with results of inquiry to include proper documentation. br • Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail for multiple clients in accordance with established service level agreements. br • Performs data entry and matches documents to appropriate accounts to verify up to date and accurate information. br • Interfaces with team personnel, management and customers in reference to customer service issues. br • Prepares, reviews and submits client reports on a weekly basis to ensure data integrity to management. br • Reviews and recommends modifications to procedures and workflow to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions. br • Monitors daily transactions to ensure policy and procedures are in accordance with service level agreement. br • CSR will take inbound calls only from Insured's or Lien Holders answering billing related questions and taking endorsement requests as needed. br   br B POSTION REQUIREMENTS /B br   br The Ideal Candidate Should Have: br   br • High School Diploma or higher br • Customer Service Representative with P&C Insurance knowledge and experience, preferably in personal lines automobile. br • Do not have to be Licensed Agents. br • Hours of Operation for the Customer Service Department: M-F 10:30am - 10:30pm EST and Saturday 11:00am - 7:30pm. Will be scheduled for 8 hour shifts between these hours, and rotated each week; morning part time and evening/Saturday hours will be considered br • Computer skills: MS Office, Excel, etc. Good written and verbal communication. br   br If you are interested please attach the most current copy of your resume.
