JOB DESCRIPTIONDTI is seeking candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative. Must be 21 years of age with a clean driving record in order to drive the company van including interacting with clients, recording job requirement information by taking information from the client and checking in the received work orders.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:Educate customers on capabilities and services provided by DTICreate and maintain positive relationships with customersObtain accurate job specifications from customersComplete work orders completelyPick up jobs from clientsDeliver finished jobs with invoices to clientsProperly assess and price jobsComplete work ordersQuality checking on all completed jobs.May be required to work additional hours beyond normal schedule to meet customer deadlines, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidaysAssist in other areas as required
Required Characteristics and Credentials:Comprehensive knowledge of the English language, including verbal and written formsEffective analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to be personable, articulate, knowledgeable and professional in presenting self to clientsAbility to learn skills quicklyExcellent communication and organizational skillsFlexibility in dealing with simultaneous projectsAttention to detailHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Driving license and proof of adequate insurance.Some college or sales experience preferred.1-3 years experience in a service environment Must be able to lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 100lb
