JOB DESCRIPTIONAdecco is currently seeking Dynamic Customer Service Professionals for both English and English/Spanish (Bilingual)opportunities with an innovative organization that looks to promote within.
-Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, IVR, or web based portal regarding information on programs and services
-Record customer interactions, comments, and actions taken
-Follow standard operating procedures
-Address customers inquiries and resolve problems
-Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
-Perform data entry accurately
-1 YEAR CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
-High school diploma required OR Associate degree is preferred
-Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information
-Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population
-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
Testing Required: Typing Test (must have 30 wpm) AND MS Internet Explorer 8.0 (must have 70%)
If you are bilingual (must have an 80% for English/Spanish assessment and you interview will be in Spanish)
English Rate: $13.59 per hour
English/Spanish Rate: $14.59 per hour
