Are you skilled and experienced with providing top notch customer support? The customer service representative is responsible for relaying product information, prices, availability, and product uses. In this role, you will get to serve as the main point of contact for consumer inquiries. As a Customer Service Representative, you will help provide excellent customer service and ensure that all inquiries are addressed, while exceeding customer expectations. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a fast-growing company in the Bay Area. Benefits and competitive compensation are available. Call center experience is HIGHLY DESIRED.
-Respond promptly to customer requests, while following company procedures
-Use phone, e-mail, and live chat to communicate with customers and provide support
-Demonstrate knowledge and skill as the primary customer contact
-Act quickly and with due diligence to exceed customer satisfaction
-Proactively identify and participate in improvement processes
-Educate yourself through a training program
-Perform related clerical tasks
-Bilingual in English and Spanish
-High School diploma required, college degree preferred
-2-5 years of customer service, call center, or related experience
-Proficient in computer skills
-Excellent knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Powerpoint
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Conflict resolution skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus
