Our global capabilities combined with our local touch make us the perfect resource for you in your healthcare career. br   br /span B We are currently recruiting for a Dispatch Specialist position.   /B span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' br   br The Dispatch Specialist job duties and responsibilities include: br   br • Take incoming customer calls. br • Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received. br • Create dispatch ticket for all service calls. br • Dispatch Service Technicians, one call at a time. br • Debrief Service Technicians after completion of each call. br • Respond to all messages left overnight. br • Contact customers with a “Parts Pending” status as parts are received for scheduling. br • Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customer utilizing the pending work log. br • Maintain the maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, and staging of materials, database information, customer hard files and renewals. br • Help Service Manager with marketing issues as directed. br • Type service contract proposals for new customers br • Maintain customer history files in database br • File service orders br • Update service database from service ticket br • Maintain a high volume amount of spreadsheets. br   br /span B Qualifications-(Education, Experience and Job Competency): /B span style='color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:12pt;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;' br   br • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills br • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and coordinating with various internal departments br • Comfort in navigating through multiple systems and windows simultaneously br • 2+ years of dispatch experience is highly desired br   br Interviews are being conducted immediately and they want to act quickly to start the right candidates.
