Commerce Bank is seeking a motivated and customer focused individual for a Customer Service Representative opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Communicate effectively and professionally with debtors to determine cause of delinquency and resolve payment issues

- Initiate contact by utilization of auto-dialer/phone in a fast-paced environment

- Contribute to the Bank's ongoing goal of maintaining low delinquency and low gross losses on current Bankcard accounts, through high productive use of a predictive dialer and other means to make contact with customer



Education: Individuals currently pursuing a 4 year degree are encouraged to apply



Preferred applicants will have:

- 1+ years customer service/collections experience

- Excellent verbal & written skills. HS diploma required, college degree

- Knowledge of Accurint, Experian, Trans Union, E-Oscar, Microsoft Word & Excel

- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, organizational and time management skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities

- Experience with a predictive dialer and operating a computer to retrieve and enter information

- Skip tracing experience



Work Hours: Flexible scheduling, with weekly prime-time hours required (5-9 pm M-R, Friday afternoon 1-5 pm, or Saturday 8-12)



**$500 Sign-on bonus; $250 at end of training (three months) and $250 at six months of service.
