Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative job include:
* Industrial/Manufacturing customer service experience REQUIRED
* B2B work experience
* Working knowledge of CSR procedures, practices, policies and related regulations
* 2 - 3 years experience
* Successful and verifiable experience in first-line customer contact
* Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the CS field
* Excellent oral and written communication skills including tact and diplomacy
This is a FULL TIME position.
Hours: 8am – 5pm M-F
Pay for this position is $15.00 per hour.
