JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a call center representative you will be responsible for offering great customer support. Our client is currently seeking a goal driven individual with the ability to excel in a fast paced environment, this ideal candidate will have great experience in the following areas:
?1-2 years of customer support over the phone with the ability to provide solutions according to members
?Great written and verbal skills
?Meet or exceed call quality and call performance metrics
?Maintain knowledge of clients practices, policies, and procedures
?Ability to handle high call volume phone calls
?Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
?Knowledge of Lotus Notes is preferred
?Handle repetitive calls
?High school diploma
?General knowledge of computer skills
?Experience in high call volume environment
?Great patience and ability to assist others
?Great customer service skills
?Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
