JOB DESCRIPTIONAdecco is hiring multiple associates to provide exceptional customer service at a professional call center in Greensboro.
The position will be supporting a particular initiative for quality management within the company. Associates will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients to verify the information listed in their system and ensure directories are accurate.
1. Make outbound calls to client offices to verify data
2. Document any incorrect or missing data captured
3. Make appropriate comments in the record so that corrections can be handled appropriately
1. One or more years with customer service experience in a call center environment
2. Pleasant tone and ability to speak clearly
3. Ability to thoroughly document phone conversation by effective typing approximately 30 wpm
4.Ability to maintain a quality score of 98% or higher
Attendance is crucial, and all candidates must be able to pass a background/drug screening. The hours for the position are 8-4:30 Monday - Friday. The contract is projected to last through June 2017.
