About this Position
Well known Company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / order desk person who enjoys treating all callers with exceptional customer service. Ability to input orders from phone, fax and email, must be extremely detail oriented with great follow up skills. This is a great role for someone who thrives in a fast pace environment and enjoys wearing many hats.
? Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
? Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
? Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
? Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
? Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
? Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes, such as extreme weather conditions that could increase utility bills.
High School diploma required with one to two years? experience in call center environment. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
