We are currently ramping up for the Health Insurance season and we are in need of several representatives to join our team!
This position offers the opportunity to assist others through customer service relations. In this position you will be making outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries, handle communication through phone and email, research required information, manage and resolve customer complaints, and provide customers with product and service information.
For someone to be successful in this position the following skills are essential:
1. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
2. Strong phone etiquette
3. Flexible schedule
4. Previous call center experience desired
5. Attention to detail and proficient data entry skills
All you need to qualify for this position is a high school diploma or equivalent, flexible schedule, knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
