Description
Customer Service Representative has responsibility for overall management of all aspects of the projects with our client. Prepress experience preferred.
Other duties include but not limited to: Client/partner vendor communication, pricing, billing, time management, and quality control.
Review and analyze all jobs for printability to printer specifications.
Documents any and all correspondence for each production order, including quotes, purchase orders, billing & coordination with outside services required.
Minimum 2 years of work experience related to the graphic arts industry.
Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Products)

Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
