JOB DESCRIPTIONDescription: We are searching for just the right candidate for an amazing Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist position. This position requires excellent customer service skills, full desk responsibilities of managing the 'orders box' including contacting vendors and customers. Must have previous experience and interaction in a business to business environment.
Excellent phone skills with friendly and helpful attitude and a sense of urgency and follow-up skills to take care of our valued customers. Candidate must have an Associate's Degree or higher with 4-5 years previous experience. Exellent experince with MS Word and Excel.
