Currently, we are considering candidates for a Customer Service Representative position in the Baker Showroom located in Boston. The Customer Service Representative has the primary responsibility for communication and problem resolution with our customers to insure customer satisfaction as well as maintaining all of the appropriate documentation and account records.
* 2-5 Years Customer Service Experience
* Telephone etiquette customer service.
* Proficiency with MS Windows (knowledge of MS Word MS Excel MS Office).
* AS400 and SAP experience a plus.
* Position also requires interpersonal and quantitative aptitude and attention to detail.
* Must possess substantial skills in oral communication with all levels of management and with outside contacts.
* Proven ability to resolve complex customer service issues.
* Physical ability to lift and carry between 50-100 pounds.
* Flexible availability to work.
