JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY If you believe that excellent customer service starts with you then our well known Financial Organization has an immediate need for YOU to work as one of their premiere Customer Service Advocates in their Salt Lake City Location.(84111)
Pay: $14 an hr. (pay increase to $15.25 by 90 days)
Start Date: October 10th, scheduling interviews with the project manager NOW!!
As a Customer Service Advocate for this fast paced forward thinking company your job duties will include:
? Assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries related to online financial products and services.
? The ability to listen, elicit information efficiently, comprehend and resolve complex customer issues.
? Intermediate level computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and utilize search tools to find information quickly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
? At least 2 years of recent customer service experience ideally working in a call center
? Be detail oriented, with active listening skills and the ability to multi-task
? Excellent computer skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
**Background check since the age of 18 required upon offer**
