Rewarding position as customer service representative for motivated customer service minded individuals. This is a growing company seeking individuals to support end users of technical products.
Working knowledge of MS Office
Typing 40 WPM or more
Data Entry 8,000 KSPH or more
Manage a minimum of 80 inbound calls per day
Clear written and oral communication skills
Excellence in customer service delivery with keen problem solving skills
Working knowledge of all basic office machines
Education High School Diploma or equivalent
