li 2 to 3 years Customer Service Related experience or telephone experience. /li li Working knowledge of Insurance Industry preferably supplemental insurance /li li Stability and Longevity on resume (does not want someone that has worked multiple contract positions or short duration at jobs) /li li Prefers someone with Supplemental Health Insurance Experience will consider those first. /li li Excellent verbal and written communication skills; business and analytical problem solving skills and excellent reading comprehension skills. /li li Respond to telephone inquiries in a professional, empathetic, and controlled manner using good judgment and listening skills. /li /ul
