While in this position, you will be responsible for answering calls pertaining to customer requests, and answering questions promptly and courteously. The position requires a minimum of two years of direct Customer Service experience. Additional duties may consist of providing various general office support to staff members. li Respond to customer requests, questions promptly and courteously /li li Handle high volume of calls, approximately 100-150/day /li li Provide general office support functions to departmental staff /li li Analyze and resolve customer concerns, and process requests via email, fax and/or mail /li /ul

li Minimum 2+ years Customer Service Representative experience /li li Excellent verbal and written communication skills /li li Personable and professional demeanor /li li Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel /li /ul
