Job Overview
Black Box is looking for a Customer Service Representative at our Lawrence, PA location! This position will provide first level non-technical support to customers through basic case management and order taking. Responds to customers via phone, chat, email and other communication tools. In addition upsells and cross-sells products in support of the sales team. The shift for this opportunity is 9:30am-6:00pm.

Responsibilities
Receives and responds to customer inquiries for assistance with product orders, returns, issues or requests
Processes orders through multiple platforms/tools, including phone, email, fax, website, vendor and customer portals
Processes quotes and follows up with customers as needed
Issues returns credits, miscellaneous debits/credits (price adjustments, freight adjustments, etc.)
Provides lead generation for sales by promoting related or targeted products to callers.
Assists in outbound call campaigns
Maintains database information as needed

Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
1-3 years in Customer Service or similar role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
Ability to follow defined processes with attention to detail
Familiarity with industry products and solutions
Solid problem resolution skills
Ability to collaborate with Team Members and customers
