The Circulation department is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our fast-paced, high volume call center. You will be the initial point of contact for Newsday home delivery customers, single copy sales dealers and Newsday.com users providing first contact resolution to inquiries and requests. Newsday Media Group is committed to providing legendary service and one call resolution to our valued subscribers and dealers. Be a part of our world-class team! *High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
*1 year customer service or call center experience required.
*Must have good computer skills and be internet savvy.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Good judgment, patience and diplomacy.
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
